You may be approaching your job search or career transition as if you are the only one going through the process. In fact, the country's economic realities, and the changing dynamics of who we are and how we work have put many people on the job trail. It just makes sense to be able to learn from others and not have to go it alone. It used to be that you found a job, and then you were trained to do the job. Now we have to start by training just to find work. It's not easy, usually not quick, and it can be discouraging. Luckily you no longer have go it alone.
