Art in the Library Opening

Featuring the art of Fred Miller (oil and pastel paintings) and Bill Nelson (oil and watercolor paintings of Port Townsend 1960s-1990s)

Art in the Library is made possible through agreement between The City of Port Townsend and Northwind Arts Center to provide art for the Port Townsend Public Library. Art will be provided by local artists and may be for sale via Northwind at the discretion of each artist.
