Carousel Crankie Show

Experience the fascinating history of the Carousel on an old fashioned scrolling Crankie Theater created and performed by Bill Dentzel. Then visit Bill at Thing at Fort Worden over the weekend to ride one of his historic carousels.

William  (Bill) Dentzel, fifth generation Carouselmaker, learned the carouselmaking craft from family, decades of antique restoration and new carousel building.
