Farming Film Festival: After Winter, Spring
The 3rd Annual North Olympic Peninsula Farming Film Festival introduces you to farmers in India, France, California, Southeastern states, and Maine. Don't miss this inspiring six-week film series featuring the various faces of regenerative farming in the world of today.
Tonight’s film, After Winter, Spring, is an intimate study of French farmers as they grapple with a profound question: will this be the last generation of family farmers in a region continuously cultivated for over five thousand years? Local efforts will be highlighted in a discussion after each film.
Co-sponsored by Friends of the Trees Society, Global Earth Repair Foundation, and Friends of the Port Townsend Library.
Films will be shown in the Pink House/Library Learning Center at the Library.
