Farming Film Festival: The Permaculture Orchard: Beyond Organic
The 3rd Annual North Olympic Peninsula Farming Film Festival introduces you to farmers in India, France, California, Southeastern states, and Maine. Don't miss this inspiring six-week film series featuring the various faces of regenerative farming in the world of today.
In tonight’s film, The Permaculture Orchard: Beyond Organic, biologist and educator Stefan Sobkowiak shares his experience transforming a conventional apple orchard into an abundance of biodiversity that virtually takes care of itself. Local efforts will be highlighted in a discussion after each film.
Co-sponsored by Friends of the Trees Society, Global Earth Repair Foundation, and Friends of the Port Townsend Library.
Films will be shown in the Pink House/Library Learning Center at the Library.
