About the Presenter:

Ellen Falconer is a licensed massage therapist and meditation teacher in Port Townsend, Washington.

Early on in her massage career, she became curious about helping clients debilitated by the sensations of pain and anxiety. Ellen embarked on learning more about the mind-body connection to help clients manage their pain and suffering.  Her massage clients were her inspiration that led her to become a mindfulness meditation teacher.

Ellen completed the Mindfulness Teacher Training Program, a rigorous 350 hour program offered by Mindfulness Northwest in Bellingham, WA. It was there that she learned about the Buddhist roots of mindfulness, psychology & neuroscience, group facilitation, the history of mindfulness, and much more.
