Our services include:
- Recruiting and retaining exceptional staff
- Supporting positive employee and labor relations
- Leading organizational development initiatives, including employee coaching and counseling
- Coordinating employee training and professional development
- Maintaining personnel policies and ensuring legal compliance
- Managing compensation and classification processes
- Overseeing workplace safety and risk management
- Coordinating workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs
- Administering CDL drug and alcohol testing requirements
- Managing civil service processes for the Police Department
